This November 2026, join Whitney Cardo MUA and photographer Katie Allred for a week-long, Fourth Wing–inspired retreat designed for readers, riders, and dreamers. Think dramatic castles, misty cliffs, and cinematic landscapes that feel pulled straight from the pages of the Empyrean series.

Throughout the week, we’ll tour historic castles, enjoy local cuisine, and create fully styled photoshoots where you’ll step into your chosen character. We’ll even act out iconic scenes from the book — and I’ll personally guide posing and styling so every guest looks powerful, confident, and camera-ready.

FAQ

• Will there be a payment plan?

  Yes! Payment plans are available through Klarna and PayPal at checkout.

• Is my trip refundable?

  Your trip is largely refundable through October 22, 2027, with the exception of an $800 non-refundable deposit.

• Will I receive any photos for free?

  Of course! What’s a photo retreat without free photos? Each person will receive 5 free photos per photoshoot (that’s 15-20 free photos per person!) and will be able purchase additional photos after the retreat.

• Can I bring a plus one?

  Absolutely! However, they will pay the same price regardless of whether they participate in photoshoots.

• Can I choose more than one character to play?

  Of course! However, additional characters will only be up for grabs once our slots are filled.

• Will we also film content?

  Short answer: yes.
  Long answer: only if you want to! While we encourage cosplayers to collaborate and create amazing content together, there’s absolutely no pressure to participate.

• When will I receive my Fourth Wing swag bag?

  Fourth Wing swag bags will be distributed at the Airbnb upon arrival.

• When is the last day to sign up for this retreat?
