No, all deposits are non-refundable. There is no exception to this.

You can request an appointment with me here. If you are not local, additional fees will apply to cover the cost of travel and hotel, ensuring I am available for your event.

Currently, either option is acceptable. If I purchase the prosthetic piece, you will pay the exact price of that prosthetic piece, plus shipping, in addition to your service. However, if you buy the prosthetic piece, you will only owe the amount of your service.

Although I am generally quick to respond to a request as soon as it is received, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Sometimes I am booked for an entire day. If I am out traveling, you will receive an email notifying you as to when to expect a response.

Yes, please! A clean face is so much easier to apply makeup on.

Preferably something you don’t mind getting a little makeup on. Although I strive to keep your clothes clean of makeup, sometimes setting powder gets on them.
