  • A red carpet event just isn’t complete without a little glambot action. Have your 3 second pose ready for such an iconic moment. While it happens fast, the memory is forever.

  • Step onto a 50-foot red carpet and into the spotlight, where paparazzi-style photographers await to capture your moment from every angle. With dedicated Red Carpet attendants perfecting every detail—from fluffing your dress to straightening your tie—you’ll be fully camera-ready for a series of stunning, share-worthy photos.

  • What better way to make your entrance than in a horse-drawn carriage? Enjoy a comfortable, scenic ride with Wild Heart Carriage Service as you arrive in true red carpet fashion, creating a moment that feels both timeless and unforgettable.

  • Be prepared to be mesmerised by such beauty brought to you by Huntsville’s award-winning aerialists from ‘In The Stars Aerial’ performing during the duration of our red carpet event. 

  • Whether your attire is store-bought, handcrafted, thrifted, or uniquely your own, we want to see it on the runway. This fashion show celebrates creativity in every form, with a special fan-favorite award decided by the audience. Applications open August 2027.

  • Was anyone expecting a photo strip bookmark station?! After you take your picture, a 2x6 photo strip will print. From there, you’ll head over to the bookmark station, where you’ll place your picture in a clear sleeve and decorate it however you’d like!

  • Yes. You must be at least 21 years old by March 20, 2027 to attend this event.

  • Absolutely not. While cosplay is welcome, it is not required. The dress code for the event is Fantasy Formal.

    We encourage guests to find a creative balance between fantasy-inspired elements and formal attire. A helpful way to envision this is to imagine one of your favorite characters stepping into the modern world and attending a red carpet event—what would they wear?

  • Yes—absolutely! Following the awards ceremony, guests will be invited to celebrate together at our ball, where the evening continues with music, dancing, and an immersive fantasy experience.

  • Congratulations on your nomination! Being nominated means that someone has recognized your work and submitted a vote in your honor. This nomination qualifies you as having met one of the three requirements needed to be considered for winning your selected award category.

    1. To be eligible to win an award, nominees must meet the following requirements:

      • Be officially nominated in their category

      • Attend Fantasy on the Red Carpet

      • Have verified credentials within their field (for example, authors must have written and published work)

      All three criteria must be met to qualify for award consideration.

  • Yes. Due to this being our first ticketed event, we are unable to provide free admission to all nominees at this time. However, official event influencers can provide you with a unique discount code at checkout.

  • Each winner will receive an exclusive prize package, including:

    • A custom engraved award

    • Complimentary VIP admission and hotel accommodations for Fantasy on the Red Carpet 2028

    In addition, select category winners will receive unique featured opportunities at the 2028 event:

    • Winning Author: Their book will serve as the official theme for Fantasy on the Red Carpet 2028

    • Winning Fashion Designer: Will host a featured fashion show at the 2028 event

    • Winning Podcaster: Will serve as the official MC for the 2028 awards show

    Additional prizes and opportunities may be announced as we continue to expand the winner experience.
