Be the first point of contact for guests by checking them in using an assigned device. You’ll also provide the appropriate lanyards and help create a smooth, welcoming arrival experience.

Step into a character role and guide guests through their experience like an NPC on a side quest. You’ll stamp their card and provide a riddle that hints toward their next destination.

Support the flow of the award ceremony by preparing and handing awards to the host as they’re announced. Your role helps keep this moment polished, seamless, and celebratory.

Assist guests as they enter and exit the carriage, ensuring a smooth and elegant experience. You’ll help manage timing and create a welcoming, attentive presence.

Help wrap up the event by assisting with takedown and breakdown of all elements. With more hands on deck, the process is quicker, smoother, and easier for everyone.
